For the best experience possible we suggest at least 2-6 players per room. If you have more than 6 players please send us and email and we will do our best to accommodate you!

It is $30.00 per player not including taxes with a minimum booking of 2 players. Corporate groups or groups of 10 or more receive a discounted rate, email us for a discount at sales@pandoraslocks.ca

Yes! Each room has a built-in hint system that can be used without any repercussions. We also give unlimited hints from our Game Master but as soon as they are called into the room your group is not eligible for the leaderboard.

We are located right outside Columbia Skytrain Station so it is very easy to transit to us! If you are coming by car, limited 2hr free parking can be found on some adjacent streets and a paid parking lot is located right across from us on Columbia Street.

We ask group to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for filling out waivers and explaining our rules.

You will pay upon arrival for your booking. We take cash, interac, visa, and mastercard. Any discounts or coupons will be applied upon arrival as-well.

We accept participants of all ages, including kids. However, for safety reasons, we ask that children under the age of 12 are joined by an adult in the rooms. Kids aged 12 and over can play in our rooms on their own.

All of our rooms give players approximately 1hr to escape but vary depending on the theme. Time limits for each room are highlighted on the booking and room pages.

We love birthday parties! Your family and friends will have a great time celebrating in our escape rooms! The Birthday person (with ID) plays for free for up to three days before and after your stated birthday, as long as 3 other players or more are paying in the same group.

None of our themes are intentionally made to be scary but some rooms have flashing lights or noises that can be surprising. They are however not designed to make anyone scared.

Some of rooms do use flashing lights/other lighting effects that could bother players with sensitivity. However, we are able to accommodate groups with impairments to have a more sensory friendly and safe game! Just send us an email and ask!

No. All bookings are private and will only include players in your party.

We do have a bathroom but only one, so try to use one before arriving to avoid game delays.

We lock the door when we have bookings just to make things easier in regards to walk-ins. If the door is locked when you come to our location during operating hours we should have a sign on the door that says knock or call, we will be happy to open the door for you!

Yes, we do accept walk-ins! It might be a little more difficult to walk instead of reserving in advance as we only send staff in when there are bookings.

We provide secure lockers on site for you to store your personal items such as bags, phones, and keys. The locker is per room which is available at the time of your reservation until the end of your game.
